Head Coach Andy Jackson Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Andy Jackson addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.

Coach Jackson provided his assessment of Sunday's exciting 5-2 victory against No. 13 Illinois, marking UF's third win of the spring against a top-15 team.

He then previewed this week's schedule, which begins the start of Southeastern Conference regular-season play. The Gators travel to Arkansas on Friday, before face LSU in Baton Rouge on Sunday.

Coach Jackson also discussed and fielded questions about the depth of this year's team, on facing the SEC, on how tough the league is this season and on freshman Bob Van Overbeek earning his first singles win over a nationally-ranked opponent.
