Roland Thornqvist Previews SEC Weekend Showdowns

Head coach Roland Thornqvist met with the media on Monday and previewed this weekend's exciting Southeastern Conference match-ups.
The second-ranked Gators (19-1, 8-0 SEC) play host to No. 7 Georgia (14-1, 8-0 SEC) at Linder Stadium at Ring Tennis Complex beginning at 5 p.m. Florida then entertains No. 16 Tennessee (15-4, 7-0 SEC) on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Last week, Florida earned a pair of hard-fought road sweeps, defeating Kentucky and No. 20 Vanderbilt, 7-0.

Coach Thornqvist was asked about the Florida-Georgia rivalry, on playing such big matches at home this weekend and on the three freshmen and how they are adapting to college tennis.
