Gators Remain Atop ITA Team Rankings for Third Straight Week

The Gators remained the No. 1-ranked team in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Rankings that was released on Tuesday.
Florida received the top spot in the initial team rankings of the season, maintained that position for this second poll of the year and held steady during this third ranking period.
The ITA Team Rankings will be released every Tuesday afternoon for the remainder of the season, while the individual national singles and doubles rankings will be released every-other week beginning February 12.
In the first IITA National Singles Rankings released on Jan. 3, 2013, six Gators were listed: No. 1 Sofie Oyen, No. 5 Lauren Embree, No. 22 Danielle Collins, No. 66 Brianna Morgan, T-No. 82 Caroline Hitimana and No. 114 Olivia Janowicz.
Only one UF doubles team earned a spot in the first national listing of the season: No. 47 Olivia Janowicz & Caroline Hitimana
