Hedberg Paces No. 16 Gators in Day Two of Bryan National Collegiate

The two-time All-American, junior Camilla Hedberg, highlighted round two of the Bryan National Collegiate for the Florida women's golf team. Hedberg rolled off two birdies en route to a 1-over (73) finish on the day, placing in the top-25 individually at 4-over (75-73-148) after day two.
Alongside Hedberg in the T23 spot on the player leaderboard is Gators freshman Maria Torres, who stayed consistent on the course today and carded a 75 (+3). Junior Sarah Schober shot a 74 (+2) on the Champions Course, improving two strokes from her first-round performance.
Shooting just 2-over as team today, at 6-over (582) after two rounds, No. 3 Duke maintained their top spot on the leaderboard by a significant six strokes over second place Florida State. Florida took the nine spot at 22-over (598).
Head Coach Emily Glaser Says: “We played a lot of good holes today; we just had a few mistakes that cost us. We are playing a lot better than our scores are showing and that can be frustrating. We need to continue to trust ourselves and our process and it will come together.”
