
Gators Return Home for USTA/ITA Southeast Regional on Thursday

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The University of Florida men's tennis team continues their fall campaign with the USTA/ITA Southeast Regional on Thursday. The Gators will serve as the host site for the event that comprises five days and 16 teams.
All nine UF players will be competing over the course of five days at the Ring Tennis Complex at Linder Stadium. Maxx Lipman, McClain Kessler, Josh Wardell and Jordan Belga will begin competition on Thursday morning in the qualifying singles draw. Alfredo Perez, Elliott Orkin, Diego Hidalgo, Gordon Watson and Chase Perez-Blanco will begin match play in the singles main draw on Friday afternoon.
The doubles tandems that will be competing in the regional will be Hidalgo/Watson, Lipman/Orkin, Kessler/Perez, Perez-Blanco/Wardell. Doubles main draw competition begins on Friday morning.
