Gator Ticket Office Announces Virtual Venue Seat Selection Tool

GAINESVILLE, Fla.—The Gator Ticket Office is set to unveil a significant new enhancement this season for Gator Boosters to take advantage of during the season ticket upgrade process. Starting this spring, the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium Virtual Venue will allow football season ticket holders to view, select and upgrade their tickets online.
Previously, any seat relocation requests needed to be submitted in writing, over the phone, or in person in order to explain the changes you wished to make. This latest technological enhancement gives boosters the ability to relocate your seats with only a few clicks of the mouse.
The new online process is designed to be simple and transparent. Each football season ticket account that is paid in full or on a payment plan will receive a specific date and time to log into Virtual Venue™.
Appointment times, determined by the Loyalty Point System, were sent via email over the weekend. Please note, you may only log into your account (by visiting www.Gatorzone.com/myaccount) and start making your seat selections once the time has come and may make your selection until the Virtual Venue closes in early May.
The Virtual Venue technology will not provide you with access to available inventory prior to that time. Specific step-by-step instructions on how to make your seating upgrades are available on www.gatorzone.com/tickets. You may also visit or contact the Gator Ticket Office (352-375-4683) to make any seating upgrade if you choose not to use Virtual Venue.
