Florida posted a perfect 13-0 SEC record en route to the title.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gators were recognized on the field during Saturday's home football game for winning the 2015-16 Southeastern Conference regular season and tournament titles.

With its sweep on Georgia on April 15, 2016, Florida clinched the program's 29th regular-season championship, which was the 11th under Head Coach Roland Thornqvist. The Gators capped the season with a perfect 13-0 record in SEC play, the 24th time running the table on conference foes and the sixth time under Thornqvist.

The Gators also grabbed the program's 20th SEC Tournament Title on April 24 after defeating LSU, Auburn and Georgia in Baton Rouge, La. The title was the 10th under the leadership of head coach Roland Thornqvist.
