BATON ROUGE, La.- The No. 3 University of Florida women's tennis team will compete in the semifinal round of the 2016 SEC tennis tournament on Saturday afternoon at high noon in Baton Rouge. The Gators will take on the No. 12 Auburn Tigers.

The Gators defeated host school, LSU, on Friday afternoon, 4-0 with a doubles point win and singles victories from Keegan, Danilina and Liang clinched the Gators' 14^th consecutive match.

The other semifinal match features the Vanderbilt Commodores and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Last Serve with the Tigers
The Gators tumbled the Tigers on April 10 in Auburn. After grabbing the doubles point, Keegan, Kuhlman and Danilina quickly won their singles matches to sweep the first of four opponents in the final four matches of the season.

Florida at the SEC Tournament
Florida is 71-9 in SEC Tournament play, losing six times to Georgia and once to Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt. The Gators have won the tournament title 19 times out of 28 appearances. They have advanced to the final round 24 in the event's 28-year history.
 
SEC Champions!
With their sweep of Georgia on Friday night, Florida clinched the program's 29th regular season SEC
Championship and 11th for head coach Roland Thornqvist.
 
Four, Five and Six
The bottom half of the Florida lineup has been stellar in SEC singles play with a combined record of 33-1.
Five Gators have played in those three positions.
