
CBS to Air Florida-Kentucky, Florida-Georgia Games at 3:30

Gators and Bulldogs to play on CBS for 14th consecutive Year
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- CBS Sports and the Southeastern Conference have announced that two Florida football games will be nationally televised in the early portion of this year's schedule.
The Gators will host Kentucky on Saturday, Sept. 10, and face Georgia on Saturday, Oct. 29, in Jacksonville. CBS and the Southeastern Conference announced today that both games will be televised on CBS at 3:30 p.m. ET.
It marks the 14th consecutive season that SEC East rivals Florida and Georgia will meet in front of a national audience on CBS. Both teams have an off week before this year's matchup.
CBS Sports, home to college football's highest-rated television package, the "SEC ON CBS," will again showcase the best games from the best conference with the "SEC Game of the Week," as well as Notre Dame vs. Navy (November 5), Army-Navy (December 10) and the Hyundai Sun Bowl (December 30). The schedule kicks off Labor Day weekend on Saturday, Sept. 3 (3:30 PM, ET) with UCLA at Texas A&M.
Additionally, other 2016 SEC ON CBS games announced include Florida vs. Kentucky on Sept. 10; reigning National Champion Alabama vs. Ole Miss on Sept. 17; Florida vs. Georgia in their annual rivalry game on Oct. 29 and Arkansas vs. Missouri on Friday, Nov. 25.
The SEC ON CBS has been the highest-rated regular-season college football package on any network for seven consecutive seasons. The 2016 SEC ON CBS schedule, the Network's 16th consecutive season providing national coverage of Southeastern Conference football, features a total of 17 games, including two doubleheaders and the SEC Championship on Saturday, Dec. 3 (4:00 PM, ET).

Single-game tickets for the 2016 Gator Football season will go on sale mid July.
