Forty-three former Gators are currently on National Football League rosters. Following Sunday's competition in week four of the 2016-17 season, former Gator and current Oakland Raider defensive back Reggie Nelson led the group after recording one interception for 12 yards, six tackles (four solo), defending one pass and recovering a fumble.

D.J. Humphries (T) – Started at right tackle and played 82 offensive downs and three special teams plays.
