GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Ingrid Neel's impact with the Gators has already been felt and recognized, as she was honored at the Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday.
The rookie from Rochester, Minn., stepped foot on campus in January and has already proven to be an instant contributor high in the singles lineup.

Neel helped the Gators win the ITA Kick-Off Weekend held in Gainesville and earn a berth into the ITA National Team Indoor Championships held in New Haven, Conn., Feb. 10-13, as a result.
