16 of Florida's 26 opponents are competing in the postseason.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – With the end of the NCAA Tournament's first round approaching, we saw a lot of familiar faces and teams.
In fact, 16 of Florida's 26 opponents are participating in the 2017 postseason, with 13 of those in the NCAA Tournament.
In the final strength of schedule ratings compiled by the NCAA before the start of the tournament (March 11), the Gators ranked No. 52 nationally, which explains why there were so many UF opponents invited to a postseason event.
While wishing we were battling this weekend, we know we will be 'dancing' again in the future! So for now, we wish all of our opponents best of luck in the postseason.
