JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The University of Florida cross country teams concluded the North Florida Invitational with nine top-10 finishes and a pair of personal records.
Five of the eight Gators on the women's side placed inside the top-10. Jessica Pascoe (second) paced group while Emily Chapman (fourth) and Autumn Bartlett (seventh) notched personal records in the 5k race.
Laura Jones (sixth) and Caitlin McQuilkin-Bell (ninth) rounded out the list top-10 tallies for Florida.
For the men, Marshall Dillon clocked the fastest time for the Gators and was quickest freshman in this afternoon's field. Dillon crossed the finish line in fifth place with a time of 15:51.41.
Accompanying Dillon inside the top-10 was Mac Macoy (sixth), Blake Lowery (seventh) and Jack Beitter (ninth).
Florida next competes in the Mt. Dew Invitational (Sept. 23) at the Mark Bostick Golf Course.
