Florida faces a ranked opponent for the fourth time this season
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – What was once a four-team, two-day event is down to just a single head-to-head matchup between Florida and No. 21 Michigan State Friday (Sep. 8) at 5 p.m. in Exactech Arena / Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
The Gators, who rose one spot to No. 2 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Poll, are the only team in the nation with three wins over ranked opponents (including two top-five wins) and could collect a fourth against the Spartans.
Fans with a ticket to Saturday's (Sep. 9) Florida-Northern Colorado football game will be admitted to Friday's match free of charge.
