
Gators and SEC Baseball TV Schedule Announced

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Beginning March 13, ESPN networks will combine to carry 97 Southeastern Conference baseball games, 72 of which air on SEC Network.
Florida is scheduled to make a league-high 13 appearances on network television in 2018. In addition to UF's games on network television, all of Florida's home games will air online via SEC Network+ and all conference games will be available via SEC Network+.
The 2018 schedule ramps up with a special Bases Loaded program on the opening night of conference play, Friday, March 16. The show features a live compilation of seven games – all 14 teams – taking place across the Southeast:
This year's schedule also includes seven television wildcard selections, allowing the SEC Network the opportunity to determine the best television matchup at a later date. The schedule closes out with SEC Network airing the entirety of the SEC Baseball Tournament May 22-26, outside of the Championship game on ESPN2 on May 27.
The Gators open the 2018 season on Feb. 16 against Siena at McKethan Stadium. Season tickets and Flex Passes for the 2018 Gator Baseball season are on sale now and can be purchased online through FloridaGators.com or by calling the Gator Ticket Office at 1-800-34-GATOR from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Last season, Florida won the first national title in program history with a 52-19 record. The Gators have reached the College World Series six times in the past eight years under head coach Kevin O'Sullivan. UF is the only program in the country to earn a top-eight national seed for NCAA play for the eighth time in the last nine years.
