GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A total of 46 Gators were on 25 of the 32 teams, as the NFL season reached the half-way point.
Joe Haden, the ninth-year cornerback, made his fifth consecutive start for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He collected three solo tackles, including two tackles for a loss. Haden added two pass defenses and an interception. His interception came in the second quarter and led to a 16-play drive that resulted in a touchdown right before the half.
The Bills host the Patriots in the Monday night showdown, as two former Florida players appear on rosters. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
