GAINESVILLE, Fla. – For the first time in the 2018 NFL season all 32 teams were in action on the same day. A total of 45 Gators were on 24 of the 32 teams, as the NFL concluded the regular season.
Brandon Powell, the rookie wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, started for the first time of his career. Powell became just the second undrafted free agent to record 100-yards receiving in a game for the Lions, the first occurred in 1966. He finished with a game-high and a career-high 103 yards receiving on six receptions, including a long of 41 yards.
