
Singer Named SEC Co-Pitcher of the Week

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Junior Brady Singer was named the SEC Co-Pitcher of the Week for his performance last week, the Southeastern Conference Office announced on Monday.
A week after winning a matchup against Auburn's Casey Mize, the two pitchers will share SEC Co-Pitcher of the Week honors. Singer threw the first complete-game shutout of his career while Mize matched an Auburn record with 15 strikeouts.
Singer is the fourth UF player to be honored this season by the conference. Wil Dalton, Jonthan India and JJ Schwarz have all been named SEC Player of the Week this year.
