Gators to be Featured in series βThe Season 2019β

Florida will be the first womenβs program featured in the series put on by STX and Inside Lacrosse
GAINESVILLE, Fla. β The Florida women's lacrosse program was chosen to be featured in a unique video project during the 2019 season that will give fans an in-depth look at the team's journey.
STX and Inside Lacrosse have paired together to present "The Season 2019" β a multi-platform digital content series that will feature the Gators and the Cornell men's lacrosse program.
Florida β in its 10th season β is the first women's program to be featured on the series in its quest to be the final team standing in May. Β
This is the second year of "The Season" series, with last year's chapters featuring four top-tier men's programs: Duke, UNC, Syracuse and Ohio State. Last season's series was picked up by ESPNU, airing the final five chapters on the network. Β
"The Season 2019" will chronicle the on-field and off-field lives of the Gators' coaches and student-athletes during their journey this season. The first chapter is set to be released on Feb. 14.
TheSeason2019.com will be the home for the five-chapter series, with additional content about the Gators living on the site. The series will be supported by live social media content shot on-site, as well as interactive social programs that will expose fans to their favorite programs in completely new ways.
