Thursday, November 21, 2019 | General
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- While matchups with Missouri have rarely been easy since the Tigers joined the Southeastern Conference, the Gators used some of their patented second-half magic to leave Memorial Stadium with a victory, capping off a 6-2 mark in SEC play.
Meanwhile, the Gators men's basketball team continues to work through some early season shooting woes, falling out of the rankings in the process as UF hits the court in Charleston, S.C., this week.
On this week's show, FloridaGators.com senior writers Scott Carter and Chris Harry join host Adam Schick to discuss football's solid showing (1:44), Jon Greenard's dominance (6:44), Florida's mindset with the SEC title out of play (8:25), basketball's reliance on youth and the external pressure squeezing Mike White's team (12:46), Pete Alonso's National League Rookie of the Year recognition (21:35) and great team comebacks in the PAT (24:01).
Then, senior wide receiver Freddie Swain reflects on coming full circle, his favorite moments on and off the field and much more (30:07).
