
Two Gators Garner AVCA All-America Accolades

Thayer Hall tabbed to Third Team, Rachael Kramer named honorable mention All-America
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Two Gators collected All-America accolades from the American Volleyball Coaches Association, as the organization announced Wednesday.
Thayer Hall was named AVCA Third Team All-America for her performance in the 2019 season, while Rachael Kramer was tabbed to the AVCA All-America Honorable Mention squad.
This is the third AVCA honor for Kramer – she was named third team All-America in 2017 and notched an honorable mention nod a season ago.
This is Hall's second AVCA All-America honor in her two seasons as a Gator – she was named to the Honorable Mention team last year.
Florida finished the 2019 season with a 27-5 record over, making the 25th program appearance in the Regional Semifinal match. The Gators also won their 24th SEC Championship – the most of any volleyball program in the league.

- Has notched double-figure kills in 27 of the 30 matches this season
- Has recorded 12 double-doubles on the year
- Registered a career-high 25 kills against Dayton
- Two-time SEC Offensive Player of the Week (9/3, 10/28)
- 2018 AVCA and VolleyballMag.com All-American
- 2018 AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention
- 2018 SEC All-Freshman selection
- Third career AVCA All-America honors (Third Team – 2017; Honorable Mention – 2018)
- Three-time AVCA Southeast All-Region honoree
- The 13th Gator since 2000 to have earned at least three AVCA All-Region honors
- Four-time All-SEC selection (includes freshman honors)
- Just the 10th Gator to have earned four SEC honors during their tenure
- Currently ranks in the Top-10 in program history in three categories:
- Hitting percentage: 5th - .409
- Blocks – 5th – 468
- Block assists – 4th – 417
- Ranks eighth in the nation and first in the SEC in hitting percentage (.410)
- Second on the team in blocks (94)
- Posted double-figure kills in 12 matches this season
- Recorded at least a .400 hitting percentage in 17 matches this season
- Two-time AVCA All-American and VolleyballMag.com All-American
- Two-time SEC Defensive Player of the Week in 2019 (9/3, 11/4)
