Gators Unveil Renovated Locker Room

Florida's game-day locker room now features new graphics, lockers, carpet, lighting and technological updates.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Athletic Director Scott Stricklin and Coach Dan Mullen unveiled the Gators' renovated game-day locker room to the team on Monday morning.

The $1.5 million project began in late April and is now complete ahead of fall camp starting next week. The refreshing of the Gators' locker room at the Swamp is a project that will benefit the program immediately.

The locker room will continue to be the home of the Gators football team until the projected $85 million Florida Football Training Center is complete. Once that facility is finished, the locker room will continue to serve as the game-day locker room for the Gators.

As part of the renovation project, Florida's game-day locker room now features new graphics, lockers, carpet, lighting and technological updates. The team's lounge is also part of the renovations.
