Florida, NC State Announce Home-And-Home Series for 2026 and 2032

The two teams will be meeting for the first time since 1992.
 
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida announced today that it has added a home-and-home series with North Carolina State to its schedules for the 2026 and 2032 football seasons. The Gators will face the Wolfpack in Raleigh, N.C., in 2026, and UF will host NC State for a non-conference contest in 2032.
 
The two programs have met 14 times, with the Gators holding a 9-4-1 series advantage. The last matchup between the two schools took place on New Year's Eve at the 1992 Gator Bowl, where Florida earned a 27-10 victory in Jacksonville.
 
The last time UF traveled to Raleigh was in 1975 in an 8-7 loss in the second week of the season. The last matchup in Gainesville was on Oct. 3, 1970, where the Gators won, 14-6.
 
Between 1927 and 1934, the two squads met seven times with the first-ever matchup taking place on Oct. 23, 1927, in Tampa. The Wolfpack won that contest, 12-6.
 
The future non-conference opponents over the next decade feature Texas, Utah, Cal, Colorado, Arizona State on top of in-state foes Miami, USF and the annual matchup against Florida State.
