Gators Ranked Seventh in Inside Lacrosse Preseason Poll

Florida set to start season on Feb. 13 at Louisville
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida lacrosse team will begin the 2021 season ranked seventh in the Inside Lacrosse Preseason Poll, as the organization announced Monday.
The Gators also checked in at No. 7 in the Nike/US Lacrosse Division I Women's Preseason Top-20 poll announced earlier in January.
Florida is coming off a 6-2 season in 2020 after the campaign was cut short due to COVID-19. The squad finished ranked eighth in the nation according to the IWLCA poll and knocked off two Top-3 teams in Maryland and Stony Brook.
