GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Five former Florida Gators received the call on the final day of the 2021 National Football League Draft. In total, eight Gators were selected in this year's draft. The eight total selections were the most for the program since 2017.
The Gators that were selected on day three were: DB Marco Wilson (4th RD, 136 overall) by the Arizona Cardinals, K Evan McPherson (5th RD, 149 overall), Cincinnati Bengals, DB Shawn Davis (5th RD, 165 overall), Indianapolis Colts, DT Tedarrell Slaton (5th RD, 173 overall), Green Bay Packers and OL Stone Forsythe (6th RD, 208 overall), Seattle Seahawks.
