Flaherty captained her squad during both the 2018 and 2019 campaigns, earning All-American and All-State honors in both seasons. She racked up numerous other accolades after the 2018 season, including USA Today All-USA First Team honors and a spot on the All-Long Island Second Team.
The rising junior was tabbed as an All-County selection in 2017 and also earned All-Division accolades after the 2016 season.
She played club for the Long Island Yellow Jackets, where she won a National Championship during the 2015 season.
