GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Our last show highlighted the joys of men's tennis prevailing at the end of the NCAA Tournament, but softball's disappointing weekend served as a stark reminder that only one team gets to truly finish its season the way it wants, and it's incredibly difficult to be that last one standing.
And though one bat-and-ball sport is done, the other is entering its own final proving ground.
On this week's show, host Adam Schick convenes FloridaGators.com senior writers Chis Harry and Scott Carter to discuss the end of the road for softball, baseball's difficult regional draw, the final piece of Mike White's coaching staff, another remarkable triumph for Sam Riffice and the men's tennis program, and the challenging situation involving Naomi Osaka and the sports media in our PAT (1:47).
