GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Defender Josie Curtis joins the Gator soccer team this spring as a transfer from Florida Gulf Coast. Curtis played in every match of the Eagles 2021 (spring and fall) seasons before sidelined in the fall due to injury.
Curtis will be a sophomore for the Gators' fall 2022 campaign and is the team's eighth addition. In addition to Curtis, seven freshmen signed to join the Gators next fall.

"I like what Florida has to offer with coaching, facilities and the educational opportunities. Looking forward to later this spring when construction of Gator Soccer's team building is completed. It will be a great addition to the Dizney complex."

Josie Curtis appeared in every match for FGCU as a freshman in spring and fall 2021 action before injury sidelined her in the fall.
