Tony Hill Named Associate Director, Sports Health for Football

Hill was in the same role at Louisiana under Billy Napier last season.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Tony Hill was named associate director, sports health for football on Thursday by head coach Billy Napier.
He spent the last season as the associate director of sports medicine / head football athletic trainer at Louisiana under Napier and was part of the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Championship and New Orleans Bowl Championship.
Prior to his stint with the Ragin' Cajuns, Hill was the head football athletic trainer at Colorado State during the 2017-20 seasons and also oversaw efforts for football at Fresno State from 2008-16.
Hill was an athletic training intern at Florida working with football and men's tennis from 2003-04. A native of Salinas, Calif., he has spent over 20 years in the athletic training field with stops at Arizona (2016-17), Cal (2007-08), Texas (2006-07) and Kentucky (2004-06).
