Fuller Earns Second WGCA All-American Scholar Award

Annabell Fuller owned a 3.8 GPA as she was named to the WGCA All-American Scholar Team in back-to-back seasons.
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Florida women's golfer Annabell Fuller earned her second straight Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Award, the WGCA announced.
Fuller owned a 3.8 GPA as she was named to the All-SEC Second Team in back-to-back seasons while collecting her second SEC Golfer of the Week honor also.
The native of Kingston upon Thames, England, appeared in the lineup for all 11 tournaments and was in the No. 1 spot six times. Fuller was second on the team in stroke average (72.6), under-par tournaments (4) while she tied for a team-high four top-10 finishes. She closed out the regular season with T4, T3 and runner-up outings en route to tying her career-low round (66, -6) in the spring opener at the FAU Paradise Invitational.
This summer, Fuller played in her second major at the U.S. Open and in her third Curtis Cup.
The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics with a minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.
