Gators in the NFL: Week 14

Florida Gators dominated in Week 14 of NFL action
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The playoff pictures are muddied, but the highlights and stat lines are clear – Gators dominated this week in the NFL.

This week features everything, from linemen and kickers to receivers and returners. Here are all of the best from the Gators in Week 14 of the NFL.

Offensive Highlights
Kyle Pitts hauled in his second longest pass of the season and longest career touchdown pass, connecting for this 36-yard TD to tie the game against Tampa in the second quarter. Pitts' previous career long touchdown pass was for nine yards in Week 6 of this season.

Demarcus Robinson came up clutch against his former team, the one-seed Ravens, collecting this go-ahead touchdown with less than five minutes to go in regulation.

Defensive Highlights
Jonathan Greenard collected two sacks in less than four minutes of game time, nearly stealing Zach Wilson's knees in the process.

Gervon Dexter Sr. collected his first career sack against Detroit, forcing a 4th-and-very-long situation with six minutes remaining.

Special Teams Highlights
Bengals Kicker Evan McPherson scored more points than five NFL teams on Sunday, ahead of the efforts of the Texans, Panthers, Vikings, Raiders, and Chargers. "Money Mac" put up two field goals and four extra points, drilling them all and going for ten total points on the day.

In what was undoubtedly the game of the year, Brandon Powell returned five punts for 48 yards against the Raiders, putting Minnesota in position to win the game, 3-0, in spite of themselves.
