Gators In the NFL: Week 13

It was a Thanksgiving Feast on the field Thursday-Sunday for former Gators
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Week 13 was Thanksgiving weekend in the NFL and former Gators were feasting. From career highs to game-winning drives, our guys proved it on the Gridiron.

Each week of the season, FloridaGators.com will cover all of the best moments from the NFL stars who made a name for themselves in Gainesville. Here is how the Orange and Blue fared in Week 13 of NFL play:

Offensive Highlights

What do a 360-degree spike and a game-winning drive have in common? Anthony Richardson! The 2nd-year signal caller led his second game-winning drive of the season Sunday, marching 80 yards in 19 plays before firing a laser to the end zone for six. Richardson sealed the game with a quarterback keeper up the middle for the go-ahead two-point conversion. Richardson finished the game with 12 completions for 109 yards, two passing touchdowns and two picks. The dual-threat QB added 48 yards and a score on nine rushing attempts.

Another week, another Demarcus Robinson touchdown. The veteran hauled in two catches for 49 yards and a score in Sunday's game. Robinson's seven receiving touchdowns are tied for the sixth most in the NFL this season.

Defensive Highlights

Miami, LA, it doesn't matter, Marcus Maye is going to make plays regardless. The 2017 second round pick was signed by the Chargers off waivers on Wednesday and just four days later he recorded his first interception of the season. Maye recorded three tackles (one solo), one pass deflection and a pick in the win over Atlanta.

Gervon Dexter Sr. continued his strong sophomore campaign with a career high seven tackles (three solo) while also notching his fifth sack of the year. He also recovered his second fumble of year on this heads up play.
