Gators to Play Regional Championship Against Jaguars

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida softball team is set to take on South Alabama in the NCAA Gainesville Regional Championship with the game set to start at 4 p.m. ET instead of the originally scheduled 12 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
The Gators (48-12) advanced to the NCAA Gainesville Regional Championship after a 9-1 (5 inning) win over the Jaguars in the winner's bracket game to start the day.
Should the Orange & Blue prevail the team will face the winner out of the NCAA Lafayette Regional Championship between Louisiana & Baylor at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.
