Maisie Filler closed out her Gators career with second-team all-american recognition.
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Florida women's golfer Maisie Filler was named a WGCA Second-Team All-American on Friday.
The WGCA honor is the first of her career and by a Gator since Sierra Brooks in 2019. Filler was named to the All-SEC First-Team and was a four-time conference golfer of the week recipient. She also earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science this spring.

- Played in every tournament (11) and was in the lineup for the third consecutive season with eight times in the No. 1 spot
- Won three straight stroke play tournaments becoming the eighth Gator all-time to win three events in a season and in a row since Sierra Brooks in 2018
- Medalist honors came at the Tar Heel Invitational (first collegiate win), The Ally and Moon Golf Invitational
- She is one of 12 Gator golfers all-time to win three individual tournaments
- Her season stroke average of 71.3 ranks second all-time for a single-season
- Ended with a tournament score average (54-holes) of 213.9, sitting third lowest in program history
- Led the team in stroke average (71.3), birdies (109), top-5s (6), top-10s (6), top-25s (7), low 18 (64), 36 (134), 54-hole (203) scores, rounds in the 60s (10), team-best finishes (6), par or better rounds (19), under par rounds (14) and tournaments (6).
- Finished 10th at NCAA East Lansing Regional behind a final round of 69 (-3) for a 54-hole score of 213 (-3) for her third career top-25 at regionals; out of 54-holes at regionals, made 40 pars and nine birdies
- Shot a bogey-free 8-under 64 at the Tar Heel Invitational, setting the second-lowest round in program history, breaking her previous record of 65
- Also at the Tar Heel Invitational, she had a tournament score of 13-under 203, which tied the second-lowest individual tournament score in program history for the second time in her career
- Went 3-0 in match at the Therese Hession Regional Challenge with wins over Lion Higo (Pepperdine), Alessia Nobilio (UCLA) and Lauren Kim (Texas)
- Finished T25 at the SEC Championship
- In 540 holes in stroke play events, combined for 449 birdies, pars, and eagles for a mark of 83.1%
