Tickets to Men's Basketball Season Opener in Jacksonville on Sale Now

Tickets to the Florida men's basketball season opener on Nov. 4 at the Jacksonville Sports Foundation Invitational are on sale now. The Gators will take on USF at 7 p.m. at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena to tip the 2024-25 campaign.
The matchup will be the 25th all-time meeting between the two schools. Florida holds a 19-5 advantage in the series, having won each of the last four and seven of the last eight contests. The teams last met on Dec. 18, 2021, a 66-55 neutral-site victory in Sunrise, Fla., for the Gators.
Florida head coach Todd Golden enters his third season with the Gators after leading the program to the NCAA Tournament and 24 wins, its most victories in a season since 2016-17 . The Gators are set to return a talented core that includes Walter Clayton Jr., Will Richard, Denzel Aberdeen, Alex Condon, Thomas Haugh and Kajus Kublickas, coupled with the addition of incoming transfers Sam Alexis, Rueben Chinyelu and Alijah Martin and freshmen Isaiah Brown, Urban Klavzar and Viktor Mikic.
