The Gators remain well represented in the NFL Playoffs with 13 Gators moving on.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Thirteen former Gators are moving on to the second round of the NFL Playoffs.
Each week of the season, FloridaGators.com will cover all of the best moments from the NFL stars who made a name for themselves in Gainesville. Here is how the Orange and Blue fared during the NFL's Wildcard Weekend:
Offensive Highlights
While the Pittsburgh Steelers failed to take down the reigning MVP, former Gators wide out Van Jefferson refused to disappoint. Jefferson's efforts led Pittsburgh's attempted third quarter comeback, capping off a nine play 98-yard drive with a 30-yard touchdown grab, his third of the season. Jefferson finished the game with two catches for 37 yards and a score.

Defensive Highlights
Jonathan Greenard capped off a stellar season Monday night, finishing with three tackles (two solo) while leading the Vikings in pressures (four) and QB hurries (three). Greendards most impressive play of the game however, this strip sack of Matthew Stafford, was called back after further review.Ruled an incomplete pass from Matthew Stafford after review, rather than a fumble and Vikings touchdown. #NFL pic.twitter.com/s0B4XaRpcQ
