With three NBA Draft picks this season, the Gators enter the 2025-26 season with nine players on NBA opening day rosters.
Walter Clayton Jr. (Jazz), Alijah Martin (Raptors two-way) and Will Richard (Warriors) all joined the NBA ranks after last season's national championship run, as Bradley Beal (Clippers), Dorian Finney-Smith (Rockets) and Al Horford (Warriors) all signed with new teams during the offseason.
Andrew Nembhard continues his run with the defending Eastern Conference champion Indiana Pacers. In addition, Tre Mann enters his fifth NBA season continuing with the Charlotte Hornets, while Colin Castleton recently agreed to a two-way deal with the Orlando Magic.
In addition to the nine NBA players set for 2025-26 campaign, the Gators have a wide range of former players, coaches and staff in NBA coaching and front office roles.
The NBA season tips off Tuesday evening with Finney-Smith's Rockets taking on the Thunder, followed by Horford and Richard's Warriors vs. the Lakers.
