Bragg, Davies Named to Tewaaraton Watch List

The Gators have now had 23 different players named to the Tewaaraton Watch List with 46 total nominations.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Juniors Theresa Bragg and Kaitlyn Davies have been named to the 2025 Women's Tewaaraton Watch List, announced Thursday evening.
The Tewaaraton honors the most outstanding male and female players in the sport, and is lacrosse's most prestigious award. The selection committees are made up of premier collegiate coaches and are appointed annually by the Tewaarton Foundation.
Bragg and Davies both earn their first Tewaaraton Watch List recognitions, after Second Team All-AAC seasons in 2024. Bragg has earned preseason 2025 honors including, Big 12 Defender of the Year, Nike Lacrosse Third Team Media All-American and USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American honorable mention. Davies was named Preseason Big 12 Midfielder of the Year and earned USA Lacrosse Magazine Preseason All-American honorable mention.
The Gators now have had 23 different players named to the watch list and a total of 46 nominations. 13 different players have made the top-25 list (18 total recognitions) along with five Tewaaraton Finalists.
Players not added yet will still have an opportunity to earn a spot on the watch list when second round additions are announced on March 7 and 27.
