Gators Open Spring Camp Thursday

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The UF football team returns to the field this afternoon for the first practice of spring camp.
Gators head coach Billy Napier is scheduled to hold a press conference at approximately 11:30 a.m. to preview camp. Meanwhile, select players and Tyler Miles, director of strength and conditioning, will speak to the media after practice early Thursday evening.
This is the fourth spring camp for Napier as UF's head coach. The Gators finished 8-5 a season ago and won their final four games, the longest winning streak of Napier's tenure.
The annual Orange & Blue Game, presented by Florida Victorious, is at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium on Saturday, April 12 at 1 p.m.
The Gators have two scrimmages scheduled prior to the spring game: March 29 and April 5. Florida will take off for spring break March 16-22.
