GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida diving heads to Knoxville, Tennessee to open the new year at the Tennessee Diving Invitational. The three-day event runs Wednesday, Jan. 7 through Friday, Jan. 9 at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center.
The Gators are set to compete against SEC opponents Alabama, LSU and Tennessee as well as SMU and NC State.
The women's one-meter preliminaries will open Wednesday's events at 11 a.m. followed by the men's three-meter. Day one will conclude with finals in both springboard events, as the top 12 divers advance.
Thursday's competition begins at 11 a.m. with the women's three-meter preliminaries, followed by the men's one-meter. Finals in both events will wrap up day two.
The invitational concludes Friday with platform competition, opening with the women at 11 a.m. and closing with the men.
Wednesday's and Thursday's final events, along with Friday's platform competition, will be streamed live on SEC+. Additionaly, Divemeets will provide live results for all three days.
