Condon to Return for Senior Season

Florida men's basketball will welcome back All-SEC forward/center Alex Condon for his senior season in 2026-27.
Condon has averaged 11.0 points and 7.1 rebounds throughout his three seasons at Florida, where he has been an integral part of the Gators' run of success, a starter on the 2025 NCAA and SEC Tournament championship and 2026 SEC regular season championship teams.
The Perth, Australia, native became a member of Florida's 1,000-point club during the 2025-26 campaign and already ranks among the Gators' all-time leaders in blocked shots and defensive rebounds. He is one of seven players in program history to grab 100 offensive rebounds in a season.
During the 2025-26 season, Condon averaged 15.1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game, second on the team in all three categories behind a different Gator. He earned All-SEC honors for the second straight season and was a finalist for the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award.
Condon's four SEC Player of the Week honors trail only Vernon Maxwell (five) in Florida history. He has recorded 17 career double-doubles and 12 20-point games.
