Gators Drop 2027 Baseball Schedule

Florida’s 56-game slate opens Feb. 19 vs. Queens and includes 38 home contests highlighted by series against Miami, LSU, Mississippi State, Texas, Tennessee and Georgia.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Entering the campaign with the nation's longest-active postseason streak (18) highlighted by trips to nine of the last 16 College World Series, the Florida Gators formally unveiled their complete schedule for the 2027 baseball season on Tuesday afternoon in accordance with the Southeastern Conference.
Marking the 113th season of Florida Baseball, the 2027 campaign opens at home on Friday, Feb. 19 with the first installment of a three-game series against Queens. Florida's 56-game schedule features 38 home contests, as 16 of the first 17 tilts will be played at Condron Family Ballpark.
Florida's 2027 schedule includes 25 matchups against teams that qualified for the 2026 NCAA Tournament including six versus returning College World Series squads. Taking a look at the Gators' 10 SEC series, six are against reigning postseason teams featuring four of five series at home as the Gators host a loaded slate consisting of LSU (March 26-28), Mississippi State (April 9-11), Texas (April 16-18), Tennessee (April 30-May 2) and Georgia (May 14-16). Florida also plays 16 games against in-state foes.
All four of the Gators' non-conference series will be played at home this season. After opening with the program's first-ever games against Queens from Feb. 19-21, Florida welcomes Delaware to Gainesville from Feb. 26-28 before preparing for a rivalry series against Miami from March 5-7. The Gators' final weekend series before SEC play comes against North Florida from March 12-14.
For SEC Opening Weekend, Florida travels to Auburn for the first time since the 2021 season to take on the Tigers from March 19-21. The Gators' SEC slate also includes road series against South Carolina (April 2-4), Kentucky (April 23-25), Vanderbilt (May 7-9) and Missouri (May 20-22).
The 2027 SEC Baseball Tournament is scheduled for May 25-30 at The Hoover Met in Hoover, Ala.
Complimenting an impressive rundown of weekend series, Florida is again set for its annual trio of midweek games against Florida State. The season-long series begins in the form of a neutral-site battle at Vystar Ballpark in Jacksonville, Fla. on March 16, followed by an away game in Tallahassee, Fla. on March 30. The series finale is set for April 27 at Condron Family Ballpark.
Florida's 2027 midweek schedule once again starts with a home-and-home against Stetson, playing the Hatters in DeLand, Fla. on Feb. 23 and in Gainesville on Feb. 24. Thereafter, all of the Gators' remaining midweek games outside of the FSU series will be at home: Michigan (March 1), Presbyterian (March 9-10), Stetson (March 23), Jacksonville (April 6), Florida A&M (April 13), Kansas (April 20), Bethune-Cookman (May 4) and South Florida (May 11).
All dates and times included in Florida's 2027 baseball schedule are subject to change for television scheduling, including the move of some conference series to begin on Thursdays.
