2021 (Redshirt Sophomore): Started at wide receiver in eight out of his ten appearances this season… Collected two receptions for nine yards against Florida State (Nov. 27)… Threw 1-of-1 passes for a 6-yard touchdown and had one reception for 45 yards against Missouri (Nov. 20)… Threw 1-of-1 passes for a total of 22 yards against LSU (Oct. 16)… Recorded three receptions for a total of 42 yards and one touchdown against Vanderbilt (Oct. 9)… Logged four receptions for 36 yards against Kentucky (Oct. 2)… Threw his first career passing touchdown for 13 yards and had one reception for three yards against Tennessee (Sept. 25)… Recorded four receptions for a total of 35 yards against Alabama (Sept. 18)… Had one reception for 18 yards in season opener against Florida Atlantic (Sept. 4)... 2020 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in seven games at wide receiver... Finished regular season with eight catches for 81 yards (10.1 average) and one touchdown... Caught first career touchdown in the third quarter in Florida's 38-24 victory against South Carolina (Oct. 3)... Reeled in a career-high three balls in season opener against Ole Miss (Sept. 26)... Had two catches for 47-yards in the Cotton Bowl vs. Oklahoma (Dec. 30)... Named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2019 (Freshman): Saw action in two games and redshirted... Made collegiate debut in the season opener vs. UT Martin (Sept. 7)... Named to 2019-20 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.
PRIOR TO FLORIDA:
Played at safety, cornerback, wide receiver and even quarterback for Buchholz, where he started on varsity as a freshman... Amassed 1,374 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns on 93 receptions, as well as three rushing touchdowns in his high school career... Also threw for 1,026 yards and 12 touchdowns during his time at quarterback... Recorded 196 tackles, seven tackles for loss, seven interceptions, 28 pass breakups, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and a blocked field goal in four varsity seasons... Played for Coach Mark Whittemore, his father, for his entire life... Led the Buchholz basketball team in scoring as a sophomore with 19.9 points per game... Chose Florida over Army, Duke, Georgia Tech, and Yale, among others... Mother, grandfather and great grandfather all attended UF... His mother, Missy, played volleyball for UF from 1992-95, earning All-Southeastern Conference honors in 1993, 1994 and 1995.
