The 1995 Gator Football squad put together one of the most amazing seasons in school history finishing with a 12-1 record and a perfect 8-0 tally against SEC opponents. Their stellar SEC record earned them a berth in the SEC Championship game for the third straight year. After defeating Arkansas 34-3, the Gators made their first ever trip to the Fiesta Bowl to play in the National Championship game.
