Florida Gators Sports at a Glance

NCAA team titles by the women's tennis and men's indoor track & field teams led the 13 Gator athletic teams among the nation's top 10 in 2010-11 national competition. The University of Florida took fourth in the 2010-11 Learfield Sports Directors' Cup - the third-consecutive top four finish for the Gator program. Florida's men won the inaugural Capital One Cup competition and will receive the Cup at the 2011 ESPYs.
Florida is the only program in the nation to finish among the nation's top 10 in each of the last 28 national all-sports standings.
Nine conference titles were earned by Florida teams in 2010-11. Florida matched the league record with eight Southeastern Conference team championships in 2010-11 - baseball, men's basketball, women's cross country, men's golf, soccer, women's tennis, men's indoor track & field and volleyball. The Gators' newest program collected its first American Lacrosse Conference title in 2011.
