Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to upgrade/relocate their seats once they have renewed for the upcoming season. The below information will walk you through the process of upgrading/relocating your seats once you have renewed and receive your appointment time.

Log in to your account at FloridaGators.com/myaccount

Once your appointment time has been scheduled a box will appear on the home screen when you first sign in. When it's your scheduled time you can select 'Relocate Now' and be taken to the Virtual Venue. If you have a future appointment time, you'll see the same screen but the box will say "Preview Seats". You're now able to go in before your appointment time and preview available inventory.

Next, you will select the seats you want to upgrade. If there are multiple line items of seats you want to upgrade (including extra deposits you may have put down that you need to select seats for), you will want to select all of the sets. Click “Next” when you are done with that.

You will then need to select the plan you want to upgrade, this will be 2019 Football Season Ticket, click "Next".

5. You will be taken to the overview of the virtual venue map. All of the sections are labeled and below the section number are the number of available tickets within that section. If you scroll over a section, it will give you basic section information like the ticket cost and cost of the required contribution.

Click on a section you are interest in viewing. At this point you will only see available inventory. You can drag your mouse to go into other sections or select specific seats to see the required donation amount.

Select the seats you are interested in by clicking on them. Once you click, you will need to click the “Add to Cart button.” In this example, section 13, row 72, seats 11 was selected. YOU CAN’T LEAVE A SINGLE SEAT OR YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ERROR MESSAGE.

Once seats are in your cart, you will need to click the “Continue”.

This is the final summary of the exchange that is about to take place. Again, the booster donation will not be displayed here so you'll need to know the per seat value of the section your upgrading into. You'll automatically be invoiced for this difference in contribution. When you're ready to move forward, click the “Proceed to Checkout”.

9. Checking out is your final step. Please select your delivery method (mail only) and then select your payment option. If you have already paid in full you will see a 0 balance. If you are on a payment plan you'll be able to re-signup for the payment plan using the drop down menu. Again, please note that if you moved into a higher contribution area you will be sent an invoice. If you are on a payment plan we'll automatically adjust your payment plan and the increase will be reflected during the next billing cycle.
