- What is the Booster Bucks Program?
- The Booster Bucks Program is a new loyalty pilot program that provides select Gator Boosters with credits (Booster Bucks) on football ticket purchases for 2021 home games. Each time you purchase a Gators Football home game ticket, a percentage of the ticket cost will be returned to you after the season in the form of Booster Bucks. Booster Bucks participants will only receive their Booster Bucks rewards if they renew their season tickets for the 2022 season.
- Is the Booster Bucks program offered to all Gators Football season ticket holders?
- Not at this time. Season ticket holders were selected at random during the 2021 season to participate in this pilot program.
- Does this change anything related to Booster points or membership levels?
- No, the Booster Bucks Program is another benefit for select football season ticket holders and won’t alter or replace Booster points or membership levels.
- Which items will be eligible to earn me Booster Bucks?
- Gators Football season tickets, mini-plan, or single game tickets purchased for the 2021 season. Gator Booster contributions are not eligible. All tickets must be purchased via the season ticket holder account enrolled in the Booster Bucks pilot program. Events not held in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium are not eligible to earn Booster Bucks.
- Which part of my football season ticket purchase is eligible for Booster Bucks?
- Only the ticket portion of your season ticket purchase is eligible for Booster Bucks. The contribution portion of your season ticket purchase isn’t eligible for Booster Bucks.
- How do I use my Booster Bucks?
- Booster Bucks are eligible to be applied to any ticket purchase made via your Gators Account Manager account or on any Swamp Moment experience purchased through the Florida Gators Mobile App. An email was sent to all Booster Bucks participants with detailed instructions on how to apply Booster Bucks to a purchase.
- Do Booster Bucks expire?
- Yes, Booster Bucks will expire after the final home game of the 2022 football season.
- How will I know my Booster Bucks total?
- Your current Booster Bucks balance is visible in the Gators Mobile App in the “Wallet” section.
- When will I receive my Booster Bucks?
- Booster Bucks have been distributed and are available for use in your Gators Account Manager account or on the Gators Mobile App.
- Can I get cash back for my Booster Bucks?
- No, Booster Bucks are not refundable.
- Will the Booster Bucks program be active for the 2022 Gators Football season?
