In order to be considered for a single game or season credential all media will need to apply through this link: Florida Women's Basketball 2024-25 Media Credential Request Form.
For single game credential needs, the form must be submitted at least 24 hours before tip-off. Please note that if you are with a larger organization and plan to send several different media members throughout the course of the season, each person will need to individually fill out the form.
You will be notified via email wiithin 24 hours after your form is submitted with your approval or denial status. If approved for a SEASON CREDENTIAL you will be given a physical pass that will allow you media access to all 18 women’s basketball home games. The physical season credential does not come with escorting privileges and can only be worn/used by the individual it is assigned to.
For INDIVIDUAL GAME(S) CREDENTIALS, if approved your name will be put on a pass list at the media entrance (arena loading dock). You will check in with security and receive a credentialed wrist band that has a designated color. The wristband given for single game access will only be valid for that specific game and cannot be reused.
If at any point a credential is being used improperly or an individual is thought to be taking advantage of their media privileges, their credential can be revoked and access will be denied.
