- Recruits will have a separate room w/ another recruit
- Please check-in under recruit name and parent(s) name

- 4:30 PM – Bus Departs Hotel for Campus Tours and Dinner
- Tour Hawkins Center (Meet Academic Advisor, Ann Hughes/ Dietitian Julia Skinner)
- Tour Condron Ballpark
- Dinner @ Condron Ballpark on Diamond Deck
- TDB – Dorm Tour and Uniform photo shoot after dinner @ Heavener Center/ Vu
- Bus will return families/ guests to hotel; Recruits will go with their hosts
- 11:30 PM – Bus will pick up Recruits for Curfew
Saturday, October 17, 2025
- 8:00-10:00 AM – Breakfast Buffet Available @ Hotel
- Ballroom A+B
- 10:00 AM – Watch Practice @ Condron Ballpark (Optional)
- Park in Outfield Parking Lot
- 12:15 PM – Arrive on Parking Lot for Football Tailgate
- Park at Parking Lot 114
- Bus will pick you up in front of garage
- 12:30 PM – Tailgate w/ Staff @ Gator Walk (Northside of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium)
- Optional South Endzone Weight Room Tour w/ Strength Coach, Shawn Burke
- 1:55 PM – Gator Walk begins @ Tailgate
- 3:00 PM – Meet Back @ Tailgate to enter football game
- Recruits Head to Sideline with Staff
- 4:15 PM – Gators Football Game vs. MSU
- Be aware of the Clear Bag Policy
- Recruits spend rest of the day with their hosts, guests are free to leave at their own discretion
- 11:30 PM – Pick up Recruits for Curfew

- 9:00 AM – Breakfast Buffet Available @ Hotel
- Staff will meet Recruits and Guest in Ballroom A+B
- 1:00 PM – Watch Practice @ Condron Ballpark (Optional)
- Park in Outfield Parking Lot
- Lunch will be provided in Suite 303
- TBD – Depart Gainesville at your leisure

Game Day
Parking Lot 114- Names will be on list with parking attendant
- Will pick up prior to game in Bus (Buddy- will be waiting outside of Garage)
- Guests will walk back to Garage when they would like to depart the Game
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5"x6.5", approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
- No other bags or purses
