ADA/Accessibility

Only service dogs are permitted inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Any other type of animal is not permitted. The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the services animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Visit the University of Florida service animal use page for more information.

Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located throughout the facility. 

Wheelchair seating is available in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Those fans needing a wheelchair space or accessible seating should visit the Gator Ticket Office prior to game day, or call 800-34-GATOR (352-375-4683 x6800) TDD/TTY 711, prior to game day.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Guests

Please use the open captioning on both GatorVision boards for game-related information.

AED

AEDs are located in all First Aid Rooms on game day and with ACFR roaming teams. Additional AEDs are located throughout Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Charging Stations

Cell phone charging stations are located at various locations inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Concessions

Concession stands are located throughout the Stadium. All lower-level concourse stands, plus Touchdown Terrace and Champions Club will be open.  No outside food or drink is permitted.

All concession stands are ready to assist with any special needs. Please alert the staff if you need assistance.

Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the stadium.

Sodexo is Ben Hill Griffin Stadium's premiere hospitality provider.

Food & Beverage Options

Credit Cards

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted at the Gator Ticket Office, all SportShop locations as well as all concession stands throughout the Stadium.

Drones

Drones are not allowed inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium per FAA regulation and campus policy. NOTAM 4/3621 restricts the use of aircraft, including drones, within a 3 nautical mile radius and 3,000 feet in altitude above events at stadiums with a capacity of more than 30,000 or more people.

Elevators

There are two accessible elevators in the Stadium reserved for guests with disabilities and mobility challenges, one in the North End Zone between Gates 7 & 8 and one between Gates 1 & 18 in the southwest corner of the Stadium. 

Fan Assistance

If you see something, say something. For Emergencies, Please locate the nearest Law Enforcement Officer or Game Day Security staff for assistance. Please send us your issues, feedback, comments, and questions while inside the Stadium on Gator game days. To reach our event management staff please use the official Florida Gators App located in the "SWAMP" section under gameday assistance or text "GATORS" with the information to 69050.

Physicians and emergency medical personnel are available at First Aid Stations to respond to any emergency medical needs. Please ask security personnel for assistance/directions to the nearest station.

Gates

Gates open for fan entry: 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 12, 15, & 18.
 
Premium seating gates open two hours before kickoff (tickets required) at the Skybox lobby, Evans Champions Club lobby, and Touchdown Terrace.
 
All general entry gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.

Guest Services

Our guest service staff members are easy to spot in bright green shirts and ready to assist all fans with information, directions, lost and found items, lost children, emergency paging and other services. The Guest Services desk is located at the UAA Switchboard between Gates 1 and 2 on the outer concourse on the west side of the stadium. Guest Services kiosks are also a bright green color and are located at gates 2, 7 and 16.

Lost and Found

Turn in any found items to a Gator Guest Services representative. On game day, items may be retrieved at the main Guest Services desk located in the Gator Ticket Office lobby (between Gates 1 and 2).
Following the football game, please call (352-375-4683 ext. 6800 TDD/TTY 711).

Lost Persons

Lost children and guests may be taken to any Guest Services booth. For parents or family reconnecting with a lost person, meet your party at the main Guest Services desk located in the Gator Ticket Office lobby (between Gates 1 and 2). If necessary, an announcement will be made to page the missing person.

Tag-A-Fan Program

Fans can get a child and at-risk-adult ID wristbands to assist with identification in the event of a separation. Wristbands are available at the Gator Guest Services booth located outside Gate 2.

Parents, guardians, or family members with a lost person should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member.

Media/Press Entrance

The media/press elevator lobby entrance is located outside of Gate 3 on the north end of the skybox main elevator lobby and opens three hours prior to kick-off. All media requesting credentials should contact the Communications Office.

Merchandise: Gator Sportshop

Gator merchandise can be purchased at various locations throughout the Stadium.

The main Gator SportShop location is located at the North End Zone at Gate 9 and accepts credit and debit cards and will open at 9 AM. The South Sportshop stand will open at 11:30 AM.
 
The North End Zone store is open Monday–Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, year-round, and 11 AM to 3 PM on Sundays following home football games.

Nursing Suite

Nursing mothers, or mothers bottle-feeding their children are welcome to utilize the Nursing Suite behind Sections A and B in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Attendees can store medical equipment and pumped milk in the suite throughout the duration of the game. Men affiliated with a nursing woman, or who need to bottle-feed a child are permitted in the lobby of the suite. All items stored in the space must be picked up at the conclusion of the game.

Restrooms

Inside the Stadium: All lower-level concourse restrooms, Upper East, and Upper West will be open.

Outside the Stadium: Before entering the Stadium, fans may utilize restrooms on campus located at O'Connell Center Gate 1 (Opens at 8AM Saturday) and a restroom unit on the North Lawn (Opens at 9AM Saturday).

Family Restrooms are for those fans with small children and guests with disabilities and are located on the West side of the Stadium inside the Gate 2 corridor between sections 6 and 8, and behind section 15.

Baby Changing Stations are located in various restrooms throughout Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

  • South End Zone: Gate 18 (Men's)
  • East Side: Section 36 (Women's) & Section 40 (Men's)
  • West Side: Gate 2 (Men's & Women's)

Seating

  • General Admission Seating in the West Stands, East Stands, Lower North end zone, and Lower South end zone.
  • Upper North end zone and Upper South end zone are closed.
  • Premium Seating areas require a ticket
  • Standing on the seats or bleachers is prohibited.

Water Bottle Policy

Fans are permitted to bring one (1) commercially branded (i.e. Aquafina) empty plastic water bottle, no larger than 20 oz. There are several water bottle filling stations inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Non-disposable water bottles, sport bottles, Nalgene-type bottles, cans, heavy plastic, glass bottles, and thermoses are NOT permitted in the Stadium.

Water Fountains

For fan comfort, water fountains are available throughout Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Please remember to drink plenty of fluids.
